We have fun…you let me be me!
"Hi Billy,
When we first met, you did not put any pressure on me to train with you. No offense, I liked the fact that you were older and not some pushy young hot shot. Previously I had a female trainer, who was more about socializing with the hunks there than on training with me.
You have a professional personality, yet we have fun and you let me be me. You asked me what I wanted out of exercising. It wasn’t just, ‘Ok Sue, we are going to do it My Way!’ You have patience and took into consideration my limitations, such as my knee problem. So, it was extremely helpful when you went and researched my problem and sent me the reference
materials.
What I truly liked about your training style is that you put me at ease. When I told you that I had been intimidated with coming to the gym, you made me realize that everyone was there for the same purpose…to get fit! You promised me that eventually people would be looking at me in admiration of what I can do…and you know what? They are!
I also like the way you put the exercises in easy to understand visual terms. Using visualization made it easier for me to ‘get it.’ You explain to me the exercise then how it will figure in my everyday life of doing things. When the training is presented in those types of terms and visuals, it's easy to comprehend what and why we are doing the exercise.
I look forward to coming to the gym. You can tell you love this profession."

When I first met you, there were a number of factors that led me to want to train with you. You seemed to be very passionate about fitness training and helping people with their fitness goals.
I liked that you took the time to explain things in detail and responded to all my questions/concerns in a very thorough manner. When I didn't understand things, you were patient and explained them in alternate ways. The emphasis you had towards safety concerns made me happy too. By teaching me the proper movements and form to avoid injury, made it a certainty that I would understand how to do the exercise without hurting myself.
I continued with you because I knew that you were helping me work towards my goals. I knew that I would never work or push myself as hard as you pushed me. I was making progress and felt healthier as a result of it. I enjoyed the workouts that you put together (except for the evil lunges) and appreciated all of the time and effort that you put into them. I know that you spent a lot of time trying to help me and seemed to genuinely care about my progress. You were always looking for new exercises or different things to incorporate into the program. That added variety and made the workouts fun. I also recognized that you were always trying to gain more knowledge by seminars, etc. so that illustrated to me that you actually cared about increasing your knowledge base and improving your client’s health and fitness. In addition, I appreciated that you took so much time to tailor the programs to my specific problem areas and tried to find alternate exercises to work around my knee issues. There were many nights that you spent more time than the 1 hour session so that you could explain something to me. I greatly appreciated you going above and beyond what was necessary. And lastly, I got along well with you. I felt comfortable expressing any concerns and/or questions and had fun working out (except for the days you really tortured me!)
I think that training with you has been a very positive experience and would strongly recommend you as a trainer. I liked that my workouts were ‘different’ I'm looking forward to hopefully getting back to the gym soon!”

“Every Time I Sit On The Toilet I Think Of You!”
“BCFitness Inc. has helped me become stronger, more conscious of my posture, and more aware of body positioning. I’m 80 years old and I realize that I have some limitations when it comes to walking. My goals when I first started with BCFitness Inc were to improve my quality of life. Thanks to the information I have been given, I am still playing golf two times a week!
